Online Grocery Pick-Up Clerk (Finance)
Select and gather products for customers' online orders efficiently, ensuring freshness and quality. Assemble orders, process coupons and payments, and deliver and load orders into customers' cars upon arrival. Provide a positive customer service experience to encourage repeat online shopping. As an In-Store Grocery Shopper, you will initiate and complete the selection process for online orders. The Online Grocery Pick-Up team assembles orders, processes payments, and loads orders into customers' cars. You will scan and bag items following standards, communicate substitutions or issues to customers, and ensure order accuracy and quality. Maintain cleanliness and organization in staging areas, report discrepancies, and assist in training new team members. You must work cooperatively in a fast-paced environment, manage conflicts professionally, and act with integrity. Supporting customers, including minors, individuals with special needs, and older adults, is essential. You must be able to perform all essential functions with or without reasonable accommodations.
