Online Grocery Pick-Up Clerk (Finance)

Select and gather products for customers' online orders efficiently, ensuring freshness and quality. Assemble orders, process coupons and payments, and deliver and load orders into customers' cars during pick-up. Provide a positive customer service experience that encourages repeat online shopping. Job Responsibilities:

• Initiate and complete selection for customers' online orders.
• Assemble orders, process payments, and deliver to customers' vehicles during pick-up.
• Scan and bag items following standards, communicating any substitutions or issues to customers.
• Ensure order accuracy, quality, and freshness, storing items in appropriate temperature zones.
• Follow all safety, legal, and company guidelines.
• Use POS systems to process orders and handle out-of-stock substitutions appropriately.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of staging areas and equipment.
• Report discrepancies and equipment issues to management.
• Assist in training new team members and support team productivity.
• Work cooperatively in a fast-paced environment, managing conflicts professionally.
• Act with honesty and integrity, respecting customer and business confidentiality.
• Support interactions with minors, individuals with special needs, and older adults.
