Online Grocery Pick-Up Clerk (Finance)
Select and gather products for customers' online orders efficiently, ensuring freshness and quality. Assemble orders, process coupons and payments, and deliver and load orders into customers' cars upon arrival for pickup. As an In-Store Grocery Shopper, you'll initiate and complete the selection process for online orders. The Online Grocery Pick-Up team assembles orders, processes payments and coupons, and delivers and loads orders into customers' cars. You'll scan and bag items while adhering to bagging standards, communicate substitutions or issues to customers, and ensure order accuracy and quality.
Responsibilities include following safety and food handling guidelines, storing products properly, reading and following notes, and maintaining cleanliness. You'll communicate with customers professionally via phone, load orders into cars, process transactions, handle out-of-stock substitutions, and report discrepancies or equipment issues. Additionally, you'll assist in training new team members, meet productivity standards, and work cooperatively in a fast-paced environment.
Must be able to perform essential functions with or without reasonable accommodations and support minors, individuals with special needs, and older adults as needed.
