Online Grocery Pick-Up Clerk (Finance)

Select and gather products for customers' online orders efficiently, ensuring freshness and quality. Assemble orders, process coupons and payments, and deliver and load orders into customers' cars upon arrival. Provide a positive customer service experience to encourage repeat online shopping. As an In-Store Grocery Shopper, you will initiate and complete the selection process for online orders. The Online Grocery Pick-Up team assembles orders, processes payments and coupons, and loads orders into customers' cars. You will scan and bag items, follow bagging standards, and communicate substitutions or issues to customers during pick-up. Ensure quality, freshness, and order accuracy, and maintain a clean, organized staging area. You will also handle equipment, perform opening and closing procedures, assist in training new team members, and meet productivity standards. The role requires cooperative teamwork, conflict management, integrity, and the ability to support customers with special needs, minors, and older adults. Must be able to perform essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodation.
