Online Grocery Pick-Up Clerk (Finance)

Select and gather products for customers' online orders efficiently, ensuring freshness and quality. Assemble orders, process coupons and payments, and deliver/load orders into customers' cars upon arrival. Provide excellent customer service to encourage repeat online shopping. Job Responsibilities:

1. Initiate and complete selection for online orders.
2. Assemble orders, process payments, and load orders into customers' cars.
3. Follow bagging standards and communicate substitutions or order exceptions to customers.
4. Ensure order quality, freshness, and accuracy, storing products in appropriate temperature zones.
5. Respond professionally to customer calls and questions.
6. Maintain organization and cleanliness of staging areas.
7. Report discrepancies and equipment issues to management.
8. Assist in training new team members.
9. Adhere to all safety, food safety, and legal standards.
10. Perform opening and closing procedures as required.
11. Work cooperatively in a fast-paced environment, managing conflicts and demonstrating integrity.
12. Support interactions with minors, individuals with special needs, and older adults.
13. Perform essential functions with or without reasonable accommodations.
