Online Grocery Pick-Up Clerk (Finance)
Select and gather products for customers' online orders efficiently, ensuring freshness and quality. Assemble orders, process coupons and payments, and deliver and load orders into customers' cars during pick-up. Provide excellent customer service to encourage repeat online shopping. The In-Store Grocery Shopper initiates and completes the selection process for online orders. The Online Grocery Pick-Up team assembles orders, processes coupons and payments, and loads orders into customers' cars. They follow all bagging standards while scanning and bagging items efficiently.
The team communicates any order substitutions or issues to customers during pick-up. They ensure product quality, freshness, and order accuracy, adhering to all safety and food handling regulations.
Responsibilities include retrieving orders, maintaining organization, reporting discrepancies, inspecting equipment, and supporting new team members. The role requires the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage conflicts calmly, and act with honesty and integrity. Support for customers with minors, special needs, or seniors is also essential.
