Online Grocery Pick-Up Clerk (Finance)

Select and gather products for customers' online orders efficiently, ensuring freshness and quality. Assemble orders, process coupons and payments, and deliver and load orders into customers' cars upon arrival for pickup. Provide a positive customer service experience to encourage repeat online shopping. Demonstrate the company's core values of respect, honesty, integrity, diversity, inclusion, and safety.

• Initiate and complete selection for online orders.
• Assemble orders, process payments, and communicate substitutions or issues with customers.
• Follow all food safety and company guidelines, ensuring quality and freshness.
• Store products in appropriate temperature zones and maintain orderliness in staging areas.
• Use POS systems to process orders and handle out-of-stock substitutions.
• Perform opening and closing procedures, assist in training new team members, and maintain productivity standards.
• Work cooperatively in a fast-paced, sometimes stressful environment, demonstrating honesty, integrity, and professionalism.
• Support and assist customers, including minors, individuals with special needs, and older adults.
