Online Grocery Pick-Up Clerk (Finance)

Select and gather products for customers' online orders efficiently, ensuring freshness and quality. Assemble orders, process coupons and payments, and deliver and load orders into customers' cars during pick-up. Provide a positive customer service experience that encourages repeat online shopping. Job Responsibilities:

• Initiate and complete selection of customers' online orders.
• Assemble orders, process coupons and payments, and deliver/load orders into customers' cars during pick-up.
• Scan and bag items following bagging standards.
• Communicate substitutions or exceptions to customers at pick-up.
• Ensure orders meet customer expectations for quality, freshness, and cleanliness.
• Follow all food safety laws, company guidelines, and local regulations.
• Store products in appropriate temperature zones, ensuring quality and freshness.
• Read and follow note instructions for orders.
• Use portable phones to communicate professionally with customers.
• Verify order accuracy and load into customers' vehicles.
• Provide excellent customer service to encourage repeat business.
• Process orders through the POS system.
• Manage out-of-stock situations with appropriate substitutions.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of staging areas and equipment.
• Report discrepancies and equipment issues to management.
• Perform opening and closing procedures.
• Assist in training new team members.
• Meet productivity standards and work cooperatively in a fast-paced environment.
• Manage conflicts professionally and act with honesty and integrity regarding all information.
