Online Grocery Pick-Up Clerk (Finance)

Select and gather products for customers' online orders efficiently, ensuring freshness and quality. Assemble orders, process coupons and payments, and deliver and load orders into customers' cars at store pickup. Provide a positive customer service experience that encourages repeat online shopping. As an In-Store Grocery Shopper, you will initiate and complete the selection process for online orders. The Online Grocery Pick-Up team assembles orders, processes payments and coupons, and delivers and loads orders into customers' cars. You will scan and bag orders following standards, communicate substitutions or exceptions to customers, and ensure quality and freshness of all items. You will also respond professionally to customer calls, ensure order accuracy, and maintain cleanliness and organization of staging areas and equipment.

Additional responsibilities include reporting discrepancies, inspecting equipment, performing opening and closing procedures, training new team members, and meeting productivity standards. You should be able to work cooperatively in a high-paced, sometimes stressful environment, manage conflicts constructively, act with honesty and integrity, follow directions, and support customers including minors, individuals with special needs, and older adults.
