Online Grocery Pick-Up Clerk (Finance)

Select and gather products for customers' online orders efficiently, ensuring freshness and quality. Assemble orders, process coupons and payments, and deliver/load orders into customers' cars upon arrival. Provide excellent customer service to encourage repeat online shopping. As an In-Store Grocery Shopper, you will select and prepare customer orders, process payments, and communicate order details. The Online Grocery Pick-Up team assembles orders, handles substitutions, and ensures order accuracy and quality. You will also load orders into customers' cars, maintain cleanliness, and follow all safety and legal guidelines. Your role includes communicating with customers professionally, managing conflicts calmly, and supporting new team members. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and act with integrity is essential.
