Online Grocery Pick-Up Clerk (Finance)

Select and gather products for customers' online orders efficiently, ensuring freshness and quality. Assemble orders, process coupons and payments, and deliver and load orders into customers' cars upon arrival for pickup. In-Store Grocery Shopper initiates and completes the selection process for online orders. The Online Grocery Pick-Up team assembles orders, processes payments, and delivers orders to customers' cars. Responsibilities include scanning and bagging items, following bagging standards, communicating substitutions or issues, and ensuring order accuracy and quality.

Meet or exceed customer expectations for shopping ease, variety, freshness, and cleanliness. Follow all safety, food safety, and legal guidelines. Store products in appropriate temperature zones, respond professionally to customer calls, and load orders into vehicles. Provide excellent customer service to promote repeat business.

Process transactions via POS, handle out-of-stock substitutions per policy, maintain cleanliness, and report discrepancies or equipment issues. Assist in training new team members, meet productivity standards, and work cooperatively in a high-paced environment. Manage conflicts professionally, act with honesty and integrity, and support vulnerable populations as needed. Must perform essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodations.
