Online Grocery Pick-Up Clerk (Finance)
Select and gather products for customers' online orders efficiently, ensuring freshness and quality. Assemble orders, process coupons and payments, and deliver and load orders into customers' cars upon arrival. Provide a positive customer service experience that encourages repeat online shopping. In-Store Grocery Shopper initiates and completes the selection process for online orders. The Online Grocery Pick-Up team assembles orders, processes coupons and payments, and delivers and loads orders into customers' cars. The role involves scanning and bagging orders, communicating substitutions or exceptions, and ensuring order accuracy and quality.
The associate should adhere to all safety, food safety, and legal guidelines, maintain cleanliness, and ensure proper storage of products. Communication with customers should be professional and timely. The role requires managing high-paced environments, resolving conflicts cooperatively, and acting with honesty and integrity. Support for customers with special needs, minors, and older adults is essential. The position requires the ability to perform essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodation.
