Online Grocery Pick-Up Clerk (Finance)
Select and gather products for customers' online orders efficiently, ensuring freshness and quality. Assemble orders, process coupons and payments, and deliver and load orders into customers' cars during pick-up. Provide positive customer service to encourage repeat online shopping. In-Store Grocery Shopper initiates and completes selection for online orders. The Online Grocery Pick-Up team assembles orders, processes payments and coupons, and loads orders into customers' cars. They also scan and bag items, communicate substitutions or issues, and ensure order accuracy and freshness. They maintain cleanliness, follow safety and legal standards, and support training new team members. The role requires working efficiently in a high-paced environment, managing conflicts professionally, acting with integrity, and supporting customers, including minors, individuals with special needs, and seniors.
