Online Grocery Pick-Up Clerk (Finance)
Select and gather products for customers' online orders efficiently, ensuring freshness and quality. Assemble orders, process coupons and payments, and deliver and load orders into customers' cars during pickup. Provide a positive customer service experience that encourages repeat online shopping. As an In-Store Grocery Shopper, you will initiate and complete the selection process for online customer orders. The Online Grocery Pick-Up team is responsible for assembling orders, processing payments, and delivering orders to customers' cars. You will scan and bag items following standards, communicate substitutions or issues to customers, and ensure order accuracy and quality.
You will also maintain organization and cleanliness, follow safety procedures, and adhere to policies for substitutions and temperature controls. Additional duties include inspecting equipment, assisting in training new team members, and performing opening and closing procedures. The role requires the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage conflicts professionally, and act with integrity. Support for customers with special needs and older adults is also part of the role.
