Online Grocery Pick-Up Clerk (Finance)

Select and gather products for customers' online orders efficiently, ensuring freshness and quality. Assemble orders, process coupons and payments, and deliver and load orders into customers' cars upon arrival. Provide a positive customer service experience that encourages repeat online shopping. The In-Store Grocery Shopper initiates and completes the selection process for online orders. The Online Grocery Pick-Up team assembles orders, processes coupons and payments, and loads orders into customers' cars. They also scan and bag items, follow bagging standards, and communicate any substitutions or exceptions to customers at pick-up.

Responsibilities include meeting or exceeding customer expectations for shopping ease, variety, freshness, and cleanliness; adhering to safety and legal guidelines; storing products in appropriate temperature zones; ensuring order accuracy; and maintaining organization and cleanliness of staging areas and equipment.

Additional duties involve inspecting equipment, reporting discrepancies, assisting in training new team members, and performing opening and closing procedures. The role requires working cooperatively in a high-paced environment, managing conflicts professionally, acting with integrity, following directions, and supporting customers with special needs.
