Online Grocery Pick-Up Clerk (Finance)

Select and gather products for customers' online orders efficiently, ensuring freshness and quality. Assemble orders, process coupons and payments, and deliver and load orders into customers' cars upon arrival. Provide excellent customer service that encourages repeat online shopping. Job responsibilities include:

• Initiate and complete the selection process for online orders.
• Assemble orders, process coupons and payments, and load orders into customers' cars.
• Scan and bag items following standards, communicate substitutions or issues, and ensure order accuracy.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of staging areas and equipment.
• Follow all safety, food safety, and legal guidelines.
• Respond professionally to customer calls, ensure order quality, and manage conflicts appropriately.
• Support training of new team members and perform opening and closing procedures.
