Online Grocery Pick-Up Clerk (Finance)
Select and gather products for customers' online orders efficiently, ensuring freshness and quality. Assemble orders, process coupons and payments, and deliver/load orders into customers' cars upon arrival. Provide a positive customer service experience that encourages repeat online shopping. Demonstrate the company's core values of respect, honesty, integrity, diversity, inclusion, and safety.

In this role, you'll initiate and complete selection for online orders, assemble orders, handle payments, and load orders into customers' cars. Follow all safety and bagging standards, communicate substitutions, ensure quality and freshness, and respond professionally to customer inquiries. Maintain organization, report discrepancies, and assist in training new team members. Meet productivity standards and work cooperatively in a high-paced environment. Ability to manage conflicts and act with integrity is essential. Support and assist customers, including minors, individuals with special needs, and older adults. Must be able to perform essential functions with or without reasonable accommodations.
