AutoNation is seeking an e-Commerce Sales Associate to guide customers online, over the phone, and in-store in a no-haggle sales environment. You will respond to leads promptly, answer questions, and help customers select and purchase vehicles while ensuring a seamless ownership experience.

The role emphasizes high-energy customer service, communication skills, and a drive to meet targets, with opportunities for growth within finance and management tracks.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proven ability to provide an exceptional customer experience.
• Drive to set and achieve targeted goals.
• Prior sales experience, retail preferred.
• Demonstrated communication, consultative, interpersonal and organizational skills.
• Willingness to follow up with customers.
• Experience and desire to work with technology.
• Valid in-state driver’s license and an acceptable, safe driving record.

Responsibilities

• Help customers select their perfect vehicle and negotiate terms.
• Close the deal and ensure payment options meet customers’ budgets.
• Provide an exceptional customer experience before, during, and after purchase.
• Follow up to ensure customer satisfaction and transition customers to the Service department.
