Bert Ogden Motors, Inc. is seeking an Internet Representative to support the dealership's Business Development Center.

You will respond to inquiries via online channels, build rapport with prospective customers, and convert leads into scheduled showroom appointments. You will maintain CRM data, follow-up, and provide accurate vehicle information to ensure a positive customer experience from first contact to appointment confirmation.

Formación

• College degree preferred but not required.
• Previous experience in a similar role is a plus.
• Familiarity with dealership software and digital tools is helpful.
• Strong communication and data-entry accuracy.

Responsabilidades

• Respond promptly to online, phone, text, email and chat inquiries.
• Engage prospective customers and convert leads into showroom appointments.
• Provide accurate vehicle and dealership information to customers.
• Maintain updated CRM records and follow-up activity.
• Schedule, confirm and follow up on appointments, including no-shows.
• Support equity mining and service-to-sales opportunities.
• Meet monthly activity and performance expectations.
• Follow approved scripts and use templates for consistent customer experience.
• Complete OEM Internet Representative certification and ongoing training.
