Job summary

Bert Ogden Motors, Inc. is seeking an Internet Representative to support the dealership’s Business Development Center by promptly responding to online, phone, text, email, and chat inquiries and converting leads into showroom appointments.

You will deliver a professional first impression, provide vehicle information, maintain CRM records, and help create a positive customer experience from initial contact through appointment confirmation.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Strong data entry and typing with high accuracy.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to multitask.
• Familiarity with digital tools, platforms, or industry-specific software is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Respond to internet leads, calls, texts, emails, and chat inquiries promptly.
• Schedule, confirm, and follow up on sales appointments.
• Maintain accurate customer information and notes in the CRM.
• Support equity mining and service-to-sales opportunities.
• Meet monthly activity and performance expectations.
