Formación

Responsabilidades

• Respond to inquiries via internet, phone, text, email, and chat promptly.
• Provide vehicle information, confirm inventory, and discuss pricing when appropriate.
• Schedule, confirm, and follow up on sales appointments.
• Maintain accurate customer records in the CRM and document interactions.
• Send reminders and resources to customers to support the sales process.
• Follow scripts and templates to ensure consistent customer experience.
• Meet monthly activity and performance targets related to appointments and sales.
