• Conduct needs analysis by asking thoughtful questions to understand vehicle preferences and timeline.
• Provide accurate information about vehicles, dealership services, and the purchase process; escalate when needed.
• Convert inquiries into dealership visits and appointments, including test drives.
• Coordinate a timely handoff to the appropriate in-store sales associate or manager.
• Follow up with customers to maintain engagement and move opportunities forward.
• Engage customers through social media and approved digital channels to identify sales opportunities.
• Meet or exceed individual and team goals such as response time, activity, and conversion.
