Job summary

Hy-Vee is seeking an Aisles Online Manager in Minnesota to oversee the planning, implementation, staffing, and tracking for the store's online shopping fulfillment and delivery. The role includes maintaining order processes and scheduling personal shoppers and drivers.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversees fulfillment and delivery of the store's online orders.
• Maintains the order fulfillment process and staffing of personal shoppers and drivers.
• Provides prompt, friendly customer service and addresses customer issues.
• Trains new employees and manages department scheduling.
