Job summary

Hy-Vee is hiring an Aisles Online Manager to oversee the planning, staffing, and day‑to‑day operations of the store's online shopping fulfillment. You will lead a team, ensure orders are picked, packed, and delivered on time, and continuously improve the customer experience.

Responsibilities include recruiting and developing staff, training on new policies, and maintaining food safety standards. This hourly role emphasizes strong organization and communication in a fast‑paced retail setting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Strong computer and internet skills required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding customer service by greeting customers warmly, addressing their needs, and taking steps to resolve issues.
• Oversee order fulfillment from start to finish, ensuring prompt on‑time fulfillment.
• Recruit, train, schedule, and develop department employees to maintain a high‑performing team.
• Provide ongoing education to employees regarding new policies and procedures.
• Ensure all food safety guidelines are followed and products kept at proper temperatures during fulfillment.
• Instruct and review the work of others; coordinate activities and address employee concerns as needed.
• Answer phones and emails promptly and provide friendly, helpful service to customers.
• Follow Hy-Vee dress code, hygiene standards and department guidelines.
