Job summary

Hy-Vee, Inc. is seeking an Aisles Online Manager to oversee the planning, staffing, and day-to-day operations of the store's online shopping fulfillment. You will lead and develop your team, resolve customer service issues, and continuously seek ways to improve the customer experience.

This role requires strong organizational skills, effective leadership, and a commitment to delivering a seamless online shopping experience for our customers in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Strong computer and internet skills required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding customer service by greeting customers, addressing needs, and resolving issues.
• Oversee the order fulfillment process from start to finish for on-time fulfillment.
• Recruit, train, schedule, and develop department employees to maintain a high-performing team.
• Provide ongoing education to employees on new policies, procedures and best practices.
• Ensure all food safety guidelines are followed and products kept at proper temperature.
• Instruct, assign and review the work of others; coordinate activities and address employee concerns as needed.
• Have authority to recommend employee discipline.
• Answer phones and emails promptly and provide friendly, helpful service to customers.
• Follow Hy-Vee’s dress code, hygiene standards, and all department and company guidelines.
• Pitch in with other tasks or special projects as they come up.
