Responsibilities

• Assist teacher with classroom goals and IEP objectives.
• Provide instructional support in small groups or one-on-one.
• De-escalate student behavior and apply approved strategies.
• Assist with lesson materials and data collection.
• Observe and report student progress to certificated staff.
• Maintain confidentiality and professional conduct.
