Job summary

Scorpion Therapeutics is seeking a Field-based Device Support Specialist to educate oncology patients on TTFields therapy and support trial participants. The role requires frequent travel, in-home and virtual visits, and hands-on equipment maintenance with a focus on patient education and adherence.

You will collaborate with Territory Managers and cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality patient support and data collection across our Dallas-based territory.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree with 2-3 years or bachelor’s with 1-2 years relevant experience.
• Strong emotional intelligence.
• Proficiency in basic computer skills.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Ability to travel approximately 60% of the time, including overnight stays.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Educate patients and caregivers on TTFields therapy.
• Provide ongoing coaching and therapy adherence support.
• Troubleshoot equipment issues during visits.
• Perform in-home and virtual education sessions.
• Collect data and support clinical trial participants.
• Collaborate with Territory Managers and cross-functional partners.
