Job summary

Sanofi US is seeking a Thought Leader Liaison in the US Oncology Midwest region. This field-based role engages key opinion leaders and oncology nurses to support education and disease-state initiatives, working with cross-functional teams to ensure compliant, on-label programming.

You will partner with field and home-office colleagues, manage speaker programs and advisory boards, capture market insights, and help shape brand strategies while traveling as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field
• 5+ years in field sales, product marketing, or medical/clinical within pharma/biotech
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams
• Strong communication and presentation skills

Responsibilities

• Engage KOLs and nursing organizations on-label
• Plan and execute KOL engagements at conferences and regional events
• Collaborate with field and home office teams to align strategy
• Provide market insights and feedback to inform brand decisions
