Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 5+ years in field sales, product marketing, or medical/clinical roles in pharma.
• Oncology, hematology, rare disease, or immunology experience valued.
• Strong leadership and cross-functional team ability.

Responsibilities

• KOL engagement and advocacy development with cross-functional teams.
• Plan and conduct on-label KOL programming at conferences.
• Provide market insights and competitive intelligence.
• Oversee speaker bureau operations and contracts.
