Job summary

Sanofi is seeking a Thought Leader Liaison for US Oncology Midwest. This field-based role builds relationships with KOLs and oncology nurses to shape education programs and ensure alignment with brand strategies, within approved SOPs and compliance.

The TLL collaborates with field teams and home-office colleagues to deliver compliant, impactful programming and market insights that inform strategy and materials.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; Master’s degree preferred.
• Experience in oncology/hematology/rare disease or immunology with KOL relationships valued.
• Minimum five years in field sales, product marketing, or medical/clinical roles in pharma/biotech.
• Demonstrated leadership and cross-functional team management.
• Ability to present ideas to diverse audiences and travel as required.
• Valid driver's license; willingness to travel 60–80%.

Responsibilities

• Align with cross-functional teams to engage top KOLs and plan resources.
• Develop and maintain long-term KOL relationships in oncology.
• Participate in on-label discussions on product and disease states.
• Execute on-label KOL programming with leadership direction.
• Collaborate with nursing organizations to educate on disease states.
• Coordinate with field and home-office teams for cohesive execution.
• Plan and execute KOL engagements at conferences and field visits.
• Support speaker bureau operations and content development.
• Provide market insights and feedback to brand strategy teams.
• Recruit appropriate HCP consultants as needed for projects.
