Job summary

Sanofi is seeking a Thought Leader Liaison to engage key opinion leaders and oncology professionals across the U.S. Hematologic Oncology and Transplant portfolio.

The role is field-based, requiring collaboration with RBDs, ABMs, MSLs and home-office teams to ensure compliant, impactful KOL programming and education activities. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree, 4+ years in field sales or product marketing within pharma/biotech, and the ability to travel frequently.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum four years in field sales, product marketing, or medical/clinical roles in pharma/biotech.
• Willingness to travel 60–75% and have a valid driver's license.
• Must reside within the assigned territory.
• Strong organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Engage with KOLs and develop advocacy programs.
• Align with cross-functional teams to orchestrate resources.
• Manage speaker programs and speaker contracting.
• Plan and execute KOL engagements at conferences and meetings.
• Capture market insights from interactions with KOLs and customers.
• Provide feedback on strategy, messaging, and tactical execution.
• Lead planning and execution of advisory boards and cross-functional initiatives.
