Job summary

Sanofi is seeking a Thought Leader Liaison for U.S. Oncology in the Midwest. This role is field-based and remote, focusing on engaging KOLs and oncology nurses to support educational initiatives and disease-state strategies.

You will collaborate with marketing, medical affairs, sales, and headquarters teams to ensure compliant, on-label programming and timely feedback loops that shape future brand plans. Expect significant travel and cross-functional leadership responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum five years of work experience in field sales, product marketing or medical/clinical roles in pharma/biotech.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects.
• Strong communication and presentation skills with KOLs and healthcare professionals.

Responsibilities

• Align with cross-functional teammates to orchestrate resources for KOLs.
• Identify and nurture long-term relationships with KOLs in oncology.
• Engage in on-label conversations about product and disease state.
• Execute approved KOL programming and events.
• Collaborate with nursing organizations to support education on disease states.
• Plan KOL engagements at conferences and field events.
• Prepare and relay feedback to inform brand strategy.
