Job summary

Sanofi is seeking a Thought Leader Liaison for Oncology on the Pacific Coast. This remote role involves engaging KOLs and nurses to support educational programs and inform brand strategies. The position emphasizes collaboration across marketing, medical affairs, and field teams with substantial travel within the U.S.

Responsibilities include on-label conversations, planning regional/national engagements, and cross-functional program execution while maintaining regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; 4+ years in field sales, marketing, or clinical roles in pharma/biotech.
• Willingness to travel 60–75% and reside within assigned territory.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to lead cross-functional teams.
• Oncology experience and leadership capabilities are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Engage KOLs with compliant, on-label conversations on product and disease state.
• Plan and execute KOL engagements at local, regional, and national venues.
• Collaborate with cross-functional Brand Team to provide strategy feedback.
• Support speaker bureau operations and coordinate contracts.
• Recruit HCP consultants as needed to meet marketing goals.
• Capture insights from interactions to inform brand decisions.
