Job summary

Sanofi US is seeking a Thought Leader Liaison for U.S. Hematologic Oncology and Transplant. This field-based role builds relationships with KOLs and oncology nurses to support disease-state education and strategic marketing activities.

The TLL collaborates with RBDs, ABMs, MSLs, and home-office teams to ensure compliant, on-label programs are executed across CO, UT, NM, and AZ geographic areas, with extensive travel as required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; 4+ years in field sales, product marketing, or medical/clinical roles in pharma.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to travel as needed.
• Ability to reside within assigned territory or reasonable distance; travel 60–75%.

Responsibilities

• Align with cross-functional teams to coordinate KOL resources and programming.
• Engage with KOLs and Oncology Nurses on label topics and disease states.
• Plan and execute KOL engagements at regional and national conferences.
• Support speaker programs, contracts, and compliant communications.
• Capture market feedback to inform brand strategy and messaging.
• Coordinate cross-functional planning for advisory boards and insights.
