Job summary

Sanofi US Services seeks a Thought Leader Liaison for U.S. Hematologic Oncology and Transplant. This field-based role engages top KOLs, collaborates with Marketing, Medical Affairs, Sales, and Market Access, and ensures compliant execution of KOL programming and advisory boards across the US.

A minimum of five years in field sales, product marketing, or clinical roles in pharma/biotech, with strong leadership and travel readiness, is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Oncology, hematology, rare disease, or immunology experience; existing KOL relationships valued.
• Minimum five years in field sales, product marketing, or medical/clinical in pharma/biotech.
• Demonstrated leadership and ability to lead cross-functional teams.
• Ability to travel 60–80%; valid driver's license required.

Responsibilities

• Engage KOLs and develop advocacy programs in oncology.
• Capture market feedback to inform strategy and materials.
• Plan and execute KOL engagements at conferences and meetings.
• Coordinate speaker programs, training, and compliance with regulatory guidelines.
• Lead regional and national advisory boards and cross-functional planning.
