Job summary

Sanofi Inc. is seeking a Thought Leader Liaison in Oncology for the Pacific Coast region. This field-based marketing role collaborates with KOLs, nurses and cross-functional teams to ensure access to education and on-label programs while aligning with legal and regulatory guidelines.

The TLL reports to the U.S. Hematologic Oncology Director. You will drive engagement with Key Opinion Leaders, contribute to market insights, and support speaker bureau operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree is required.
• Four years of work experience in field sales, product marketing, or medical/clinical in pharma.
• Willingness to travel 60%–75% to meetings and trainings.
• Residence within the assigned territory or reasonable distance as determined by leadership.

Responsibilities

• Engage KOLs and develop advocacy programs in alignment with Brand Team guidance.
• Coordinate cross-functional resources to support KOL engagements and on-label activities.
• Provide market insights by capturing feedback from KOLs and HCPs to influence strategy.
• Plan and execute speaker programs, training, and post-event follow-ups in compliance with regulatory guidelines.
