Qualifications

• Oncology or rare disease experience strongly preferred.
• Strong track record in KOL relationship development and peer-to-peer program design.

Responsibilities

• Lead a national team of 10 Thought Leader Liaisons across two product teams.
• Set and manage team objectives with ongoing coaching and development.
• Drive KOL engagement, advocacy development, and peer-to-peer education.
• Synthesize field insights to influence brand strategy and advisory boards.
• Partner with Sales, Marketing, Medical Affairs to align on priorities.
