IQVIA, in partnership with Johnson and Johnson Innovative Medicine Lung Oncology, seeks an Oncology Overlay Sales Specialist to educate and promote oncology therapeutics across a national team. You’ll manage a territory with a mix of overlay accounts and direct responsibilities, delivering complex clinical and access information to key stakeholders to improve patient access to therapies.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS) from an accredited school required.
• Minimum of 4 years sales experience in pharma/biotech specialty sales or device and/or comparable Oncology experience is required.
• Oncology sales experience is highly preferred
• Strong desire to put patients’ health first
• Proven track record of exceeding sales objectives
• Proven ability to communicate a compelling, clinical message with customers
• High level of learning agility in support of multiple client teams
• Prior experience working and collaborating in a team environment at an account level
• Knowledge of the reimbursement and fulfillment pathway for specialty products
• Strong account management and superior selling skills focused on providing a high level of customer service
• Opportunistic, driven and proven ability to find ways to win in ambiguous and evolving environment
• Ability to travel overnight up to 20% within territory

• Educate and promote oncology therapeutics to key oncology stakeholders.
• Convey complex clinical, diagnostic, and access information to customers and key stakeholders so patients can benefit from our therapies.
• Define patient unmet needs and align on compliant solutions within the company framework.
• Work with cross-functional peers to ensure the company suite of services is available as appropriate.
• Develop customer-specific pre- and post-call plans including objectives and supporting materials.
• Interact with Teaching Institutions, major hospitals, and oncology clinics to drive projects and accounts.
• Collaborate in an overlay position with partners with shared account responsibility.
• Organize and attend relevant oncology conferences as needed.
