Parexel is seeking an Integrated Solution Strategy Director - Oncology to join our team in a remote capacity. You will partner with key accounts to optimize new business awards through actionable operational and technical strategies and business solutions for current and future client needs.

You will work in a complex, cross-functional environment shaping differentiated solutions, supporting pre-award activities, and contributing to Parexel’s leadership in clinical research and therapy

Qualifications

Oncology expertise with design, operational conduct and global delivery experience.
Experience shaping solutions for enterprise and growth accounts in life sciences.
Strong strategic thinking and ability to deliver value-rich proposals.

Responsibilities

Identify opportunities with Enterprise Accounts, Growth Accounts, and SBUs.
Develop competitive solution models and communicate with C-suite and project teams.
Create compelling proposal content differentiating Parexel from competitors.
Guide bid strategies and support pre/post-sales activities.
Drive adoption of innovative solutions and maintain market awareness.
