You will shape pre‑award strategies, coordinate with account teams, and deliver differentiated solutions to global clients.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 5+ years in Life Science industry and CRO environment.
• 5+ years in strategic drug development planning or related strategy activities.
• 5+ years of Oncology expertise with design, operations, and global delivery experience.
• Willingness to travel up to 30%.

Aufgaben

• Partner with Enterprise Accounts, Growth Accounts, and SBUs to identify opportunities and craft oncology solutions.
• Provide guidance to Sponsors and internal teams, developing competitive solution models.
• Create customer-focused, well-presented proposal content that differentiates Parexel.
• Ensure client responses reflect strategy discussions and convey value propositions.
• Define bid content and support bid pursuit meetings as needed.
• Drive a consultative approach to develop unique business solutions for customers.
