Job summary

Parexel seeks an Integrated Solution Strategy Director - Oncology to join our team in a remote capacity. You will shape differentiated Oncology solutions, lead pre- and post-sales activities, and partner with Enterprise Accounts and SBUs to win strategic opportunities.

The role requires deep oncology expertise, strong strategic thinking, and the ability to influence at all levels, from project teams to C-suite, across a global client base.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 5+ years in Life Science/CR0 environments.
• 5+ years in strategic drug development planning or related strategies.
• 5+ years of Oncology expertise with global delivery experience.
• Willingness to travel up to 30%.

Responsibilities

• Identify and qualify opportunities within Oncology and craft competitive solution models.
• Advise Sponsors and internal teams with credible, compelling messaging.
• Develop customer-focused proposal content differentiating Parexel from competitors.
• Support pre-award process and bid strategies; participate in bid meetings as needed.
• Provide strategic and technical leadership across pre- and post-sales activities.
• Stay informed on products, pipelines, and regulatory changes to inform market value propositions.
• Collaborate with Enterprise Accounts and SBUs to optimize new business awards.
• Present solutions to clients and drive adoption of Parexel’s offerings.
