Parexel is seeking an Integrated Solution Strategy Director - Oncology to join our team in a remote capacity. You will drive strategic, operational, and technical solutions for global clients, partnering across Enterprise Accounts, Growth Accounts, and SBUs to win awards with compelling proposals.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Enterprise, Growth, and SBUs to identify, qualify, and prioritize opportunities in Oncology.
• Provide guidance to Sponsors and internal teams to develop competitive solution models for proposals.
• Create customer-focused proposal content differentiating Parexel from competitors.
• Ensure client responses reflect strategy discussions and convey value propositions.
• Define bid content and support bid pursuit meetings as needed.
• Drive a consultative approach to develop unique business solutions for customers.
• Provide leadership in pre- and post-sales activities and strategic direction for major accounts.
• Support clients through the pre-award process and promote solution adoption.
