Job summary

Parexel is seeking an Integrated Solution Strategy Director - Oncology to join our team in a remote capacity. As a senior oncology leader, you will shape differentiated solutions, guide pre- and post-sales activities, and drive global delivery of oncology programs.

You will partner with Enterprise Accounts, Growth Accounts, and Strategic Business Units to optimize new business awards with compelling operational and technical strategies that address client needs and regulatory landscape.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences or related field.
• 5+ years in Life Science/ CRO environments with oncology expertise.
• 5+ years in strategic drug development planning or related delivery roles.
• Willingness to travel up to 30%.

Responsibilities

• Partner with accounts and business units to identify and prioritize oncology opportunities.
• Develop competitive solution models and communicate with stakeholders up to C-suite.
• Create compelling proposal content differentiating Parexel from competitors.
• Guide pre- and post-sales activities and provide strategic leadership for major accounts.
• Maintain knowledge of products/pipelines and industry trends.
