Job summary

Parexel is seeking an Integrated Solution Strategy Director - Oncology in a remote capacity to lead strategic, cross-functional efforts across Enterprise and Growth Accounts, and Strategic Business Units. You will optimize new business awards through compelling operational and technical strategies, influencing pre-award activities and global delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 5+ years of Life Science industry and CRO experience.
• 5+ years of strategic drug development planning or significant involvement in planning clinical, technical, or operational strategies.
• 5+ years of Oncology expertise with experience in design, operational conduct, and global delivery of solutions.
• Willingness to travel up to 30%.

Responsibilities

• Identify, qualify, and prioritize opportunities within Oncology and craft creative solutions for sales campaigns.
• Provide guidance to Sponsors and internal teams, developing competitive solution models and communicating with diverse audiences.
• Create customer-focused proposal content that differentiates Parexel and supports growth across SBUs.
• Ensure client responses reflect strategy discussions and convey value proposition.
• Define bid pursuit content and support bid strategies and meetings.
• Drive a consultative approach to develop unique business solutions and position Parexel's value.
• Provide strategic leadership in pre- and post-sales activities for major accounts.
• Support clients through the pre-award process and promote solution adoption.
• Maintain knowledge of products/pipelines and industry trends.
