Parexel is seeking an Integrated Solution Strategy Director - Oncology to join our team in a remote capacity. You will be a recognized Oncology professional with global delivery experience, partnering across Enterprise Accounts and SBUs to craft strategic solutions and win new business.

You will lead cross-functional teams, assess risk, and translate client needs into differentiated value propositions that advance Parexel’s leadership in oncology solutions worldwide.

Qualifications

• Requires a Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years in Life Science/Clinical Research.
• 5+ years in strategic drug development planning or leading clinical/operational strategies.
• 5+ years Oncology expertise with global delivery experience.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Enterprise Accounts, Growth Accounts, and SBUs to identify and prioritize opportunities.
• Develop competitive oncology solution models and communicate effectively with all levels.
• Create compelling proposal content that differentiates Parexel from competitors.
• Guide bid strategies and support bid pursuit meetings as needed.
• Lead pre- and post-sales activities with strategic direction for major accounts.
• Stay informed on products, pipelines, and regulatory changes affecting clients.
