Parexel is seeking an Integrated Solution Strategy Director - Oncology to join our team in a remote capacity. You will partner with enterprise accounts and strategic business units to optimize new business awards through compelling operational and technical strategies in oncology.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- 5+ years in Life Science/Clinical Research with strategic drug development planning.
- 5+ years Oncology experience with global delivery of solutions.
- Willingness to travel up to 30%.
Responsibilities
- Identify and prioritize opportunities, developing competitive oncology solution models.
- Guide Sponsors and internal teams with credible, compelling content for audiences from peers to C-suite.
- Create customer-focused proposal content differentiating Parexel from competitors.
- Define bid content and support bid pursuit meetings as needed.
- Provide strategic and technical leadership during pre- and post-sales activities.
