Qualifikationen

• Strong computer skills including MS Office and email.

• Answer phones and greet patients; route calls/messages to appropriate department.
• Follow management policies to standardize processes across clinics.
• Complete patient check-out workflow and scheduling.
• Schedule clinic visits, referrals, radiology, and procedures.
• Run daily reports to identify unscheduled orders and follow up as needed.
• Maintain patient confidentiality and accurate EHR documentation.
