Qualifications

• High school graduate or equivalent with GED.
• 5 years’ experience in a professional office with customer service required.
• Strong computer skills including Windows file management, MS Office, and e-mail.
• Electronic Medical Records experience required or within 90 days.

Responsibilities

• Handles patient registration, scheduling, and reception duties.
• Collects patient insurance information and co-pays, and schedules appointments.
• Maintains patient records in the EHR and PM systems.
• Handles incoming calls and routes messages to appropriate departments.
• Travels to satellite clinics as needed and ensures confidentiality.
