Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• One to two years related customer service experience.
• Experience handling difficult caller/customers/patients.

Responsibilities

• Schedule: Department Hours: Monday - Friday from 8:00 am- 4:30 pm.
• Per Diem - as needed with no guarantee of hours and no benefits.
• As a Patient Service Representative, you’ll support providers, connect with patients, and help ensure a seamless, compassionate experience.
