Job summary

Mercy Oncology (Hwy 102) is seeking a Patient Service Representative to be the primary contact for patients and visitors, ensuring a positive, seamless experience by managing front-desk operations and workflows. This full-time role requires communicating patient financial responsibility, requesting and collecting payment, explaining available payment options and assistance resources, and accurately documenting financial conversations and outcomes.

Shift: Full-time; Hours: Mon-Fri 7:00am–5:00pm.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proficient in patient services competencies as verified by leadership.
• Experience handling front-desk interactions and basic billing discussions.

Responsibilities

• Manage front-desk operations to welcome patients and visitors.
